Whether you're here for your first set or you’re a returning client, I am dedicated to creating customized results that enhance your natural beauty. DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE To make sure you are getting the full experience and time ensured, there is a 15 minute grace period. Arrivals after 15 minutes can result in appointment cancellation and forfeiture of the deposit. After 2 No Call-No Shows, future bookings will no longer be accepted. PLEASE CONFIRM all appointment reminders failure to do so can result in a rescheduling and loss of deposit. **Appointments are available by booking only. Limited squeeze-in appointments may be available for returning guests or special occasions when my schedule allows. Cancellation Policy
I value your business and understand that schedule conflicts occur. To protect my time and accommodate all clients fairly, I enforce the following cancellation policy:
Cancellation Window: Please provide at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or schedule changes.
Late Cancellation Fee: Cancellations made under 24 hours will incur a fee equal to 25% of the scheduled service cost.
DEPOSIT IS NON REFUNDABLE
No-Show Policy: Missing an appointment without notice results in a charge for 100% of the scheduled service cost. As well you will no longer be able to book.
Late Arrival: Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in a shortened service or cancellation, subject to the late fee.
How to Cancel: You can modify your appointment online, or call/text directly. Thank you for understanding and respecting business time.
